Returns

At www.imagedrum.co.uk we guarantee that we will send you only prints and cards of good quality and that these will be checked prior to dispatch to ensure they meet this standard.  We will take care to pack them well to protect them during transportation.  However, should you experience a problem we would like to resolve it as soon as possible. Incorrect Goods

If we have sent you something that you have not ordered please contact us within 14 days to let us know. We will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with your wishes. 

Damaged In Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit, please advise us within 14 days to let us know what has happened.  We will endeavour to offer a replacement or a refund but may require evidence of the damaged goods, for example by requesting a photograph.

Goods in poor condition

If you receive a print or card that is in a poor condition, please contact us immediately.  We will request a photograph to confirm the condition. The photograph should be taken as soon as practical after opening the package containing the damaged item.  Upon receipt of this photograph we can advise you whether or not a refund or replacement can be offered.  If a replacement is offered we will cover the cost of the postage.  Please ensure that you contact us within 14 days.

Please remember that printed versions of images viewed online will not be an exact match in terms of colour, brightness and contrast because of the different ways in which these images are produced and the multiplicity of devices in use.

Returning items you are not happy with

This paragraph applies to items not covered by the above paragraphs entitled ‘Incorrect Goods’, ‘Damaged in Transit’ and 'Goods in Poor Condition’.  You can return anything you're not happy with providing you:-

  1. contact us within 7 days of receiving your items

    and
     
  2. if  requested, return the items within 28 days of contacting us. 

Once the goods have been delivered to you they are your responsibility.  In order to qualify for a refund you must ensure that we receive them back in the same condition that we sent them to you and in the same packaging.  It is advisable to use recorded delivery to return such items.  We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the item is returned in a damaged state or is not in its original packaging. In this case, the cost of returning such items is to be met by you.
